This technique looks upon a target and weaves a sign with their eye, gathering information without them noticing. The user is even able to perform this on themself to restore or remove information in their own mind. This can also be used on a target that is currently reading the user's mind. While he was not actually seen using it, Hanare offered to let Kakashi use it on her, to see if she was telling the truth.
