The user places their hand on the ground and releases a large number of exploding tags, which stream to the target and wrap themselves around their target. Once in place, the tags explode, heavily damaging the target's legs.
Trivia
- In the anime, Hanzō uses this technique in his battle against the Sannin. In it, he uses a sequence of four hand seals. In Nagato's flashback, he just slams his palm on the ground.
