Explosion Release (爆遁, Bakuton) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. This chakra nature seems to give the wielder the ability to utilise explosive chakra in combat, allowing them to cause explosions in objects they come into contact with. The only known users of this nature were members of Iwagakure's Explosion Corps. It is unknown what elements this nature entails.

Trivia

• According to Hanzō^[1] and to himself,^[2] Deidara possesses this kekkei genkai. Explosive clay is suggested to be related to it, despite it being referred to as being an earth-based technique. It is likely that Deidara utilises the kinjutsu he stole to knead his explosive chakra into the clay.
