He is the daimyō of the Land of Earth.
Appearance
He has a very prominent beard and mustache and his eyes have dark marks underneath them, giving him somewhat a similar appearance to the Tsuchikage. His face is further accentuated with creases running from his eyes. He wears the standard attire of the daimyō.
Personality
In times of conflict, he appears to have an impatient attitude. An example can be when he and the other daimyō await the response of the uncertain Water Daimyō. He seems to be one of the few out of the five that takes his job seriously, taking into account the succession of the war.
Part II
Five Kage Summit Arc
Upon the meeting of the daimyō of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, he questions the loyalty of the Water Daimyō towards his hidden village due to his slow approval to the Shinobi Alliance. Before he could continue his conversation with the Water Daimyō, he is interrupted by Tenga, informing the daimyō that their long-distant calling is consuming much battery power. In result of the meeting, he concurs with the Lightning Daimyō on the creation of the alliance without any apparent hesitation.
Shinobi World War Arc
He is later seen in a safe house with the other daimyō. He starts complaining how the shinobi are giving them a hard time.
