"Disappearance" (消失, Shōshitsu) is episode 125 of the Naruto: Shippūden anime.

Synopsis

Sasuke manages to survive Deidara's suicidal attack by hiding inside Manda and then teleporting themselves. Manda is killed by the explosion, and Sasuke is exhausted after the long battle, so Hebi decides that it would be best to take a break. Elsewhere, Pain and Konan are visited by a mysterious guest who appears to be giving them orders. It is revealed that this person is in fact Tobi, who reveals that he possesses the power of Madara Uchiha. Tobi gives the two the task of capturing the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki. The Eight Man Squad assembles at the blast site, and, thanks to Kiba's powerful sense of smell, are able to locate Sasuke's scent.
