This is one of the multiple offensive and auxiliary methods Gaara has thought of during combat. Another testament to this technique is its speed; Gaara can cover great distances in mere minutes, even faster than Ōnoki's flight technique. However, its true speed was displayed when Gaara used this technique to manoeuvre Kakashi Hatake at a speed to match even Might Guy in his Eight Gates Released Formation, while the latter was in mid-attack.
