The Criminal Brothers are a trio of three brothers with special ninjutsu. They appear during the Land of Vegetables arc. They do not seem to like each other a lot, shown when Jiga kills Ruiga, and Renga states that he would have killed Jiga and Ruiga if the leaf hadn't already done so to have all the benefits of daimyo for only himself.
The three criminal brothers were very feared ninja because of their special and unusual ninjutsu they perform. It is not known what village they have come from, but it is suspected that they were missing-nin from several villages, or they were 3 brothers who already criminals who went to other villages to discover their secret techniques and learn them. Jiga may have come from Sunagakure, since he has the powers of magnetism, similair to the Third Kazekage's Iron Sand. Ruiga and Renga may have come from Kirigakure or possibly Amegakure, due to their special waterlike abilities.
