This is a unique ability used by the sage of six paths. It was initially used to create whatever the sage imagined, and was the method of how the Sage created the 9 bijuu from the ten tailed beasts chakra.
Using Yin element, the Sage imagines something with spiritual energy, and grants it life with Yang element chakra.
