After cutting her hair, Ino infuses the hair strands with her chakra to trap anyone that steps on them. Once immobilized, they are an easy target for another attack, or her Mind Body Switch Technique.

- In Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2, Ino uses a variation of this jutsu, but uses flower petals instead of her hair.
- Her technique is similiar to that of Shikamaru's, as they both trap the opponent and prevent them from movement.
