Chōseki (チョウセキ) is a missing-nin from Iwagakure, formerly holding the rank of chūnin.

Background

Chōseki and Gantetsu defected from Iwagakure to seek a more luxurious life in Tanzaku Quarters.

Personality

He does whatever he wants and picks fights with everyone, yet relies on Gantetsu to protect him.

Appearance

Chōseki is a middle-aged man with thick and burly features, he also has a bald head and dark-coloured eyes. He wore a black suit with a white dress shirt underneath it. He wore a black tie around his neck on his dress shirt which he kept tucked into his suit.

Part I

Search for Tsunade

While staying in Tanzaku Quarters, he and Gantetsu happened upon Naruto Uzumaki and Jiraiya due to Naruto dirtying Gantetsu's clothes and refusing to pay for it. However, they were swiftly defeated by Jiraiya's Rasengan when they attempted to intimidate Naruto.
