Chōseki (チョウセキ, Chōseki) is an outlaw and a has-been ninja. He does whatever he wants and picks fights with everyone, relying on Gantetsu to protect him. He and Gantetsu were eventually defeated by Jiraiya's Rasengan when they attempted to intimidate Naruto Uzumaki.
