Chōjūrō (長十郎) is a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. He is one of two Kirigakure ninja selected to escort the newly chosen Mizukage to the Kage summit. He appears to wield some form of dual sword linked together by the handles.

Appearance

Chōjūrō is shown having sharp, shark-like teeth. He shares this trait with Zabuza Momochi, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Suigetsu Hozuki. All of these people are from Kirigakure and are affiliated with the Seven Swordsmen. He wears black-rimmed glasses and what appear to be headphones. He also wears a striped shirt and camouflage pattern pants that resemble the clothing Zabuza wore during his first appearance.

Personality

Despite his membership in the Seven Swordsmen, he is shy, and seems to lack confidence in his abilities. He is seen putting himself down, as well as not using sentences and stuttering such as "I ... I think ... I'll be fine ... probably ..." He also appears to have a crush on the Fifth Mizukage, as he commented inwardly on wanting to protect her beautiful smile.

Part II

Five Kage Summit arc

He was setting off with Ao to escort the Mizukage to the Five Kage meeting, called for by the Raikage. There he is scolded by Ao for his insecurety.

After traveling for time, the small group stopped at a place where they can eat and rest. The Mizukage asks Chōjūrō if he's fine carrying his heavy sword, making him to be very nervous. Ao, again, shouts at Chōjūrō and demands him to order some food.

Abilities

His dual sword, linked together by the handles, is called Hiramekarei. Its true ability is still unknown. However, it is heavy as it tires Chōjūrō out just by carrying it.

Trivia

• As with the other shinobi associated with the Seven Swordsmen, Chōjūrō's name is derived from a fruit. Chōjūrō (長十郎) is an Asian pear, while Momochi (桃地), Hoshigaki (干柿), and Hōzuki (鬼灯) refer to peaches, dried persimmons, and winter cherries.
• Out of the known members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Chōjurō is the only member that is not a missing-nin.
