Well, Guilherme Abe, who knew my own thought-out question was being discussed already in Mangastream :p. Anyways, Kishi will show us in time exactly what will happen with Obito, Sakura and Sasuke.

I'm sorry if that was a genuine question. It's just that I was mad at that week, with so much bulls*t being said about that chapter and Kishimoto. I know he's not a perfect author, but there are some guys who just have some sort of obsession in finding errors in Naruto every single week.
To Guilherme Abe,
No need to apologize :) Every series(manga, novel,tv etc) has haters. You probably met with the extremists, trust me, I do to :/ Naruto haters will be there (could be some lunatic, die-hard DBZ fans) acting as 'critics'. Tbh, the finale will tell us all exactly how great/low M.Kishi is actually.
From, a fellow Naruto fan!
I'm hoping Obito lives long enough to carry out his original plan (after he repented) and revive everyone who died during the two days of the war with his Rinnegan (I'm still unclear on whether or not he still has it). I need Neji back, and I certainly don't want the 40,000+ casualties to stay dead. For a land that seems pretty scarcely populated, that's gotta be sucky for the general population. The last thing I need is for Naruto to have a bittersweet ending like Harry Potter did (well, I'm assuming Naruto will end after the war does... Which is probably right...)
Neji's byakugan was sealed away forever once he died, if he was brought back he wouldn't be able to do anything he was able to before, it's better if he remains dead.
^It doesn't. Remember Neji's father being revived?
oh shit dude, truth! completely forgot about that, nice!

I don't care about his ability to battle. I like the guy, I think he's cute, and he needs to be alive. Plus I always thought that since he's obviously stronger than Hinata, Hiashi would break the Hyuga clan's rules and make him the heir (with Hinata's full approval, of course!) by the end of the series. (Since Hinata would be the first lady of Konoha or whatever, being married to Naruto)
And yes, if he was revived through Kabuto/Orichimaru's technique, he would still have Byakugan, as shown by his father. But I meant Nagato's Rinne Tensei technique, where it's an ACTUAL revival to your own body (like the ending of the Invasion of Pain arc) instead of a sacrifice's body to bring you back (like the Edo Tensei).
In either case, his Byakugan would reawaken, and I think the curse mark wouldn't even come back, since it dissipated when he died.
