For me, all filler is enjoyable, in one way or the other.
It gets kinda boring sometimes, watching the scenes, when you know what will happen, and fillers are a nice refresher. (You can burn me like a witch now >.<)

Second Chunin Exams. that was great. Also my favorite character (Neji), became Jonin. I just liked it because of some stuffs. That is my opinion.

Wanted to like the Second Chunin Exams but the lack of third round fights (finals) and the idea of a Smell Sphere (Burp) Jutsu being used at all really dragged it down.

Chikara Arc, simply for it's superb animation. Followed by The Three-Tails Arc since it has a rather nice plot, I guess.

I like all fillers, it's just that they put it in the wrong time -.-

I generally like fillers, gives the studio a chance for some wacky stuff which we wouldn't see in the manga/canon episodes, but I do not have an absolute favorite, though I think part 1 fillers are better than Shippuden fillers.

Part 1. Sunagakure Support Mission was nice since we got to see and focus on other villages for a change, not to mention see what Gaara was up to.

Star Guard Mission: innovative techniques and new characters, getting out of Konoha and seeing the big villages from another point of view.

Peddlers Escort mission: despite lacking from flat villains, the jutsu and "good" new characters made up for it somewhat.

part 2 The boat trip arc and second chunin exams arc: both were hit-and-miss for the most part, while they brought a nice bunch of new and exciting characters and jutsu and practically a new adventure each episode (boat trip mostly), they were also filled with recurring themes of the series (loneliness and very great similarities between protagonists, so much it becomes repetitive, a common issue for all part 2 fillers), not to mention wasting time exploring one character in several episodes (chunin exams), not to mention a botched ending because of time mismanagement.

past arc suffered from the some of the same problems as stated above, but it still provided me with two of my favorite episodes of the series 190 and 191, not to mention several mini adventures that weren't about saving the World or the village all the time.

power arc: hated it! (just had to say it)

best filler arc ever: three tails appearance: characters, story, double crossing, common ground and high stakes all around, this is what all fillers should include.

I liked the Shadow of Anbu arc. The ending to it was pretty awesome too.

I found it to be the most disappointing filler out there, but I can understand why you like it.
