Nothing implies that the villages will go back to hating each other. Before they had genuine reason too, they were constantly at war with each other. Now? There isn't any war and things have been rather peaceful. Not to mention they all have young and intelligent Kage who have been raised in decently peaceful times compared to their predecessors many generations ago.
they will(at least if we follow common sense and human basic nature), do you know that wars and violence havent been there since the beginning? in the beginning everything was peaceful, than people showed up who didnt follow the rules and srewed things up, than people showed up who thought that they had been the correct ones,
this is how humans are, and this is why madaras plan was good (befor the "turning into zetsu retcon), it actualy brought a solution to this dilemma, nagatos plan was also ok, it would have forced the people into peaceful times, and sasukes plan was the same as nagatos but only that he would be the "weapon",
in the end, since like rage said, this story is fictional and doesnt use common sense therefore the "peace" would be eternal :/ sorry, i actually used common sense in my argumentation, well, i still wont my opinion but...yeah :)

@Rayzur & GreatestSin It isn't a failed story just because the way it ended wasn't the way you thought it should. What TTF says is true, and even though the ending might have been cliche it doesn't mean it's a failure. The message that Kishimoto tried to portray should have been clear. Naruto has been about bonds and friendship since the beginning and once he introduced the Indra and Asura thing it should have been clear that things would end peacefully this time.
i never said that the story is a failed one because I didnt like the ending, the reason why i say that it is failed is because narutos reasoning is that of a hypokrit, he says to obito that he should face reality but if it came to sasuke naruto always rejected the facts, even after the kage summit arc, i mean, come on, someone REALLY should have pointed this out :)
but instead it becomes a "naruto is completly right with his reasons" again :( this is one of the main reasons i consider it a failed story, another one is the fail in understandable reasons for certain chars actions, like itachis, his whole "i want to save konoha" made no sense with his previous actions ^_^
