A girl I know is legitimately a SasuSaku shipper, so she was extremely happy with the results of not just this poll, but also the manga of course.
ShinyMagikarp: that was a very bad conclusion, not because a person likes romance then that person is intermediately a girl (yes I am a guy, laugh if you want)
ItachiWasAHero: with all due respect, (If I am not wrong) you have stated several times how you passionately hate Sakura, so I seriously doubt a non biased comment can come from you.
Rachin123: It is true that Narusaku made more sense, but it is also true that the darker tone of Sasusaku made it at least more interesting (in terms of tragedy) over other possible couples.

Umm... What?
All I said was a girl I know is a SasuSaku shipper. :|
I was stating a fact and not assuming anything. :)
@Not I love dramatic relationships and stuff, makes it more hooking but there was hardly anything between Sasuke and Sakura to begin with and to end with. Sasuke knocked her up and left. That's there relationship development in a nutshell.
Let's wait on the "Sakura Hiden" novel for more of a relationship between Sasuke and Sakura to be shown.
I consider the character development in the "Naruto Hiden" series as canon.
Honestly, I don't hate Sakura. She is just.. kind of useless and just doesn't fit with the other characters. Her "tragedy" growing up is that she was picked on for her forehead, and that Sasuke(both 13 at the time btw) left the village? WOW really?. Her and Rock Lee were meant to symbolize weakness according to Kishi so I know I have to understand that is just who she is. But I feel there should of been WAY less focus on her.
On the other hand, I feel as if she should have been given a greater focus and more time to shine in battle, in which more of her skills could be showcased.
As a random side-note, the non-canon movies do a decent job of that.
Y u no do decent job?!
Both SS and NH have their flaws, but I feel like NH should have won that on the basis that it was hinted repeatedly within the series and it wasn't 98% one-sided like SS.

I'm surprised NaruSasu didn't win. There were more bromance moments between Naruto and Sasuke then any other pairing in the Naruto series. And sadly, probably more shipped.
