i think he is not an OP,because even he will regain all tailed beast chakras still, he has a weakness. For me sasuke is more OP because if sasuke fully master his advanced evolve rinnegan and his left arm back i think he will gain god like powers and he will control everything.

Probably. If Naruto lost the Six Paths Sage chakra required to use Six Paths Sage Technique, Six Paths Sage Mode and the Truth-Seeking Balls, then Sasuke should've lost the Six Paths Chakra. However, note that the Rinnegan requires the Six Paths Chakra only to be awakened, not to be mantained, as seen with Nagato (and likely Obito).
Plus, according to Hagoromo and Obito, the Rinnegan comes with its own chakra, like how Kakashi's transplanted Sharingan was able to awaken into its 3rd tomoe and Mangekyo stage despite not being inside an Uchiha.
I'm convinced that he has two half inside him because of the markings on his chakra cloak, Kurama's Yin half was able to transform into Flesh form during Pain's invasion, if only he had one more tail he would have developed skin and fur, so in the movie it is possible that one half might be look alike of full form and two half remaining still separate entities might be possible, because Shinigami splitted Kurama into two, and Kurama was seen in two forms in the movie the chakra mode and his physical body and fur form, unlike Hachibi may be it's just unique to Kurama that his chakra mode has advantage of not getting damage to his physical parts, and Naruto's chakra has more influence over the tailed beast in chakra mode. I suppose may be it has to do more with the sealing technique used on the tailed beast.

i agree, a rinnegan-mastered sasuke would seal all the tailed beasts and pawn naruto around, furthermore, he could also absorb and attack at the same time, im sure that sasuke only showed up for so little screen time in the movie since he would overpower toneri ^_^ absorbing all his chakra and smashing him like a ant with his PS ^_^
hey, who else saw this??? http://www.reddit.com/r/Naruto/comments/2oe0fu/ It means that pretty much chapter 700 is about 10 years after chapter 699..

So that means Bolt et al. are between 8 and 12, since the page notes in an addendum that it's between 10 and 14 years.
...everyone, even the interviewer, can see that the chapter is 10 or more years later. This confirms nothing, the addendum is by fans. We still have no clear timespan for when chapter 700 happens, we can still only say "many years after the fourth war".

I'd say it's about 13 years after the war. Naruto and his friends all appear to be around 30 after the time skip.

I highly doubt that Ohnoki taught Naruto a jutsu that's limited to his village. After all, why in the hell would he even need to learn it. I honestly think the writers and Kishimoto thought that if Naruto had spsm he would've destroyed Toneri in a heart beat.

The page has Kishimoto thanking his readers for keeping Naruto alive for 15 years it's not 15 years into the future
