The point, I think, that was being made, Dantman, is that we cannot definitively say their information is false. Some people have seen the movie and some have not, but the movie is officially released and therefore does not fall under the spoiler policy. We must assume good faith that the people that saw the movie are recording the information as accurately as possible. I don't see the benefit, nor the fairness, in removing their information purely on the basis that some have not yet seen/have the ability to see the movie.
If a new Star Wars movie were to come out, for instance, Wookiepedia would not wait until something was posted online for everyone to view before updating their wiki. That'd be preposterous. There is nothing that makes us so special that we have to do things any differently.
The Spoiler policy states that information should not be added to the site until the source is officially released. Boruto: Naruto the Movie is out. Therefore they are not in any violation of policy and are, in fact, aiding our wiki by adding information many of us cannot yet. Any corrections, minor or otherwise, can be made when other have in fact seen the movie and can provide other edits.
In the meantime, deletion of that content is counterproductive.
