A battle between Konohagakure shinobi and an unknown group. In the aftermath of the battle a chief medical officer from Konoha found among the enemy dead the only survivor, the infant Kabuto Yakushi.
This battle was mentioned by Anko before the preliminaries of the Third Exam in the Chunin Exams just after Kabuto announced that he would not battle.
