Bando activates his chakra to surround him in a blazing yellow armour of pure chakra. Damage to Bando in this state is reduced greatly. His attacks are also amplified by the armour.

Trivia

In Naruto Shippūden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3, if Anbu Kakashi uses Chidori on Bando in his chakra armour when he is crashing down from the sky, Bando will freeze.
