The term absolute defence refers to any defensive technique that provides protection for the user to the point that is considered near impenetrable. Techniques that are considered to be such include:

Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven, the secret taijutsu technique of Konohagakure's prominent Hyūga clan.
Shield of Sand, the automatic defence of Sunagakure's Fifth Kazekage, Gaara.

Susanoo, a large spectral being composed of the user's chakra, manifested by their Mangekyō Sharingan upon mastery of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.
