Ōkei (オウケイ) is a chūnin of Konohagakure.
Appearance
He has short dark-coloured hair and wore glasses. His attire consisted of a black shirt with the kanji for "exertion" or "endeavour" (勉, ben, tsuto[meru]) on the back, a sash around his waist and brown-coloured pants. He also wore his blue Konoha forehead protector in a bandanna style.
